Services with the dentist was okay but billing is horrible dealing with. After a year, I received a bill that they claim the insurance didn’t pay. Before this bill, I had issues for the same thing. I payed two bills that they claim the insurance didn’t pay, a year ago I asked them: “That’s all I needed to pay” they reply yes and now a year later, they want me to pay more, seriously 😡😡. The people working there need more training in billing and customer services. The receptionist hung up the phone after they put me in hold ... read more

RecommendedI was a nervous wreck going into Aspen Dental as the Dentist office has always been my least favorite place to be. The office staff in Wesley Chapel really went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and confident throughout my procedure. I was anxious when I arrived but I was received with a warm greeting and the staff were understanding of my plight and went out of their way to ensure the most pleasant experience it could have been. They “forgot” to put in my husbands prescription after his wisdom teeth removal surgery. Their regular lines were completely unresponsive. Emergency line got no callback. This was a nightmare to deal with.

The worse experience I have ever had. They voided a written contract by sending a Mananger to tell me they would not work with me anymore because I kept going back because my partial needed constant tweking. Ater giving them 5219.00 to start the work. The root canal I got from them is still hurting I wonder if I really needed it because it never bothered me before til now. Beware! They will take your money and mess up your mouth! Let’s put a permanent crown on a tooth that needs route canal. Yup now I have to go somewhere else and get it fixed. Do NOT go to this office!
