Its sad that I have to take time out of my day to write such a review, but the way I was treated by Michele at the Aspen Dental in Wesley Chapel is honestly ridiculous. From the start, Michelle was not understanding of my situation. Like most things that are good initially, this place was an extreme dissappointment. First visit was great. They get your money, and everything immediately falls apart. The nice is gone, the care is gone, they shoot you in the eye with novocaine, hurt you. Laugh at you like it's funny. Mean girl garbage. It was horrific and I will never go back to another dentist. Beware if you get any work besides a cleaning. They extracted a tooth and did a deep cleaning and said with insurance it would be $435 which they collected. They also said it would come the temporary single tooth denture. They were also paid 500 from insurance and are billing me for 1000. They are billing some work never done. I am not letting it end here

Waste of time. Spent almost 2 hours there and didn't accomplish anything. They didn't even clean my teeth! "We don't do that on your first visit." What do you do - besides waste my day? After 2 hours the least you can do is clean my teeth. Won't be back.

I'll start out saying how friendly the staff is, because that is about all this place has going. And I'll follow with don't waste your time with this place, they just want your money. I called in dire pain after waking up with a random abscessed tooth. I was told my first visit would be free and that they had an appoint open that day at 5pm. I had called in to scheduled an appointment here. The day before I received a confirmation phone call for my appointment at 7:30 am. I was very clear over the phone that I needed a Wisdom Teeth Consultation during both the scheduling and confirmation call. When I had arrived, I was anticipating seeing the oral surgeon for my wisdom teeth. However, this was not the case. I went in once before for an evaluation and x-rays...everyone was incredible The entire staff was knowledgeable, caring, compassionate, and kind. They all really took their time with me, made me feel comfortable, at put me at ease. I went back in today for an extraction of one of my molars, and again - all of the staff were so kind.
