My 7 year old had an appointment- was easy to book, very organized!! We did not have to wait long. She was a little nervous to go to the dentist, and they made her feel at ease and comfortable. Great experience. 5 stars.

Today I had a memorable experience at Aspen Dental 1564 W Lane Rd Machesney Park, IL 61115. I was very happy with the attention of nurse Karina, my congratulations to her, a very professional, willing, attentive, understanding, kind and human person, I was very nervous and she with her way of being helped me move my surgery forward filling me with total security, which was a success. First- Dr Patel is awesome! Upon consultation he had my respect immediately. Straight to the situation at hand and providing the best option. He explained the scenarios, facts and truly cared! Big Thank you for his sincerity! I then scheduled and had 28 extractions under sedation by Dr McComb, Oral Surgeon, with immediate dentures. I was beyond nervous and afraid. Dr McComb was phenomenal! Would like to say if looking for a dentist and staff that makes you feel welcome this is the place to go. Dr Patel takes true concern in your health and well being. Staff is the nicest you will find. My husband is not a doctor person and has had no complaints here.
