After a decade of dental neglect for many reasons ,financial, fear, I made a call to Aspen Dental. From my first phone call everything changed. I met Dr. Patel 2 days later and he said"We have to get you back to health". From the time you walk in tell you leave they make the experience wonderful. Dr. Patel was excellent such a soft hand. His assistant Karina explains the process down to the smallest detail. I’m so glad I went to the office in Machesney Park IL. You can not ask for a nicer staff everyone you see coming and going have the biggest smiles. I could not be happier. Well, how do you give five stars when you find out you have to spend thousands of dollars? Here's how....The office staff is REALLY NICE and PROFESSIONAL. X-rays were taken as painlessly as possible, wish I could remember techs name, she was a sweety. The hygienist is very nice and explained things clearly.
