Recommendedi was very nervous about going , have had some really bad experiances. also i new my teeth had seen better days and needed to go. most dentist i had seen wanted me to spend thousands on a keeping my teeth even thought i have a lot of bone loss and loose teeth. but dr patel sat with me and showed me my exrays and told me they really were beyond saving, i was grateful someone was finally being realistic. i am glad i went there.

Thanks to everyone who made my transition into dentures a breeze so far!! From Rachel and Mandie for making it happen $$$....!! Joey is the BEST and I'm sorry I cannot remember the girl who did my AWESOME impression and xrays. The staff is very friendly and reassuring during the procedures. They explain the procedure very carefully and if you don't understand they will take the time to help you understand. Dr. Patal was very friendly and kind. I would rate the service provided as excellant

The staff is always so friendly and have smiles on their faces. Kim my hygienist was very knowledgeable and explained effectively my current problem I was having. Highly recommend them after my recent visit. Dr Patal here is top notch in his work.

I would recommend this place to everyone!!! the front desk personnel are very friendly!! the dentist's are great! the dental assistants are very friendly! 😁 Dr. Patel, and his assistant, Selma, are the best. Very intune to your needs and explain everything with Professional, friendly,demeanors. I highly recommend Aspen Dental, Machesney Park for all your Dental needs. The Office Manager, Rachael, and her assistant Mandie should get 5 Stars as well. All around great place to take your Teeth.

The front desk staff is very friendly and will bend over backwards to help you. They do their best to explain treatment and costs to patients. The doctor is very professional and skilled. I had a crown and filling done here and both were painless and I had very little lasting soreness. The entire staff made the visit fun and pleasant.
