They have double booked mei get there and they tell me they can't see my I have had fillings fall out 3 weeks after getting them and they ripped my bottom thing that attaches my lip and gum on bottom also during my first consultation they didn't notice all my cavities so I thought they got them all 4000 dollars later still having problems

If you love going to a car dealership and like sitting in the office while they hound you nonstop about buying a car then you would love this but only here there trying to sell you dentist plans for thousands of dollars and if you say no they trick you into signing up for a card and won't take no for a answer

I'm really disappointed - especially since I was referred by my insurance company. They insulted my hygiene habits (I'm meticulous), and undermined my confidence in my health by telling me that I was a high risk for gum disease and mouth cancer - I'm not even a smoker. The whole visit is engineered to be a high pressure sales presentation. They use subjective screening methods and terminology to make the whole process seem scarier so they can upsell add ons to your routine check up. My first impression was bad. I walked in to make an appointment during the evening hours. The lobby television was on loud and there was no one at the reception area. I stood for about 10 minutes waiting for someone to greet me. A dental assistant or whoever saw me from the hallway from the reception area, glanced at me and kept walking on past...said nothing... did nothing....could have at least said "Ma'am someone will be with you in a moment. The office manager is concerned only with getting money. He tells you that certain things can and will be done, but they are not done. Do no go there

CROOKS.....my wife had some dental work done and they OVERCHARGED her and then did not want to give her a refund. Nothing but TOTAL CROOKS. This is the absolute worst place to go have dental work done. Sit in the waiting area for 2 hours waiting....and then steal money from customers. Then they NEVER want to return phone calls when you have questions. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE! Check the local BBB for Aspen Dental....937 complaints and of course.....217 are BILLING issues. Have been there 3 times and had to wait an hour for service each time. They seem to be interested in only getting money out of you and not good customer service. The financial officer is painfully slow and after a tootb extraction i again waited an hour to see him. Time to find a new dentist

My first impression of Aspen Dental was not a good one. They boast their mission is "Total Satisfaction Dedication. To give you the best service possible. To greet you with a smile when you walk in and give you great care while you're here..." However, this was not what my family and I received. The receptionist was unprofessional, unfriendly, and did not offer any helpful assistance.
