My husband had several teeth pulled and was given two prescriptions. Unfortunately, 1 could not be filled because it was a controlled substance with no strength. The other was for penicillin, which he is allergic to (that info was in his file). Tried calling only 5 minutes after closing to have them fix the error and no answer. I called the emergency number and 12 hours later still have not got a call back. To have several teeth pulled and suffer in pain all night long is uncalled for. Horrible customer service. I am due a refund and have been promised several times it will be done. Well, it hasn't. This has been an issue for over 2 months. They sure had no problem taking my money. I agree with others that high pressure tactics are used. I was warned to stay away from this place and I sure do wish I had listened.
Worst customer service and experience! Avoid at all cost!! I had a family member go in to get all teeth pulled to get dentures. First issue it took over a month for them to get the mold right for the dentures. Second issue after pulling "all" teeth and fitting the dentures my family member goes back in for their follow up appointment to find out they didn't pull 2 of her impacted teeth....so now they want her to go to an oral surgeon and pay out of pocket to have this done. I went to have an abscess tooth pulled and they had equipment failures. Now I have to wait to have the tooth pulled and I am in pain having to pop pills to keep the pain and infection Away. These pills make my stomach upset so that is stacked on top of the tooth pain. I think I will try Warner Robins office instead.

All they want to do is split the gums open or as it's called now, deep cleaning to charge you big bucks. Stay away. Get an appointment, they overbook and say you got the date wrong. I talked to one woman who was having surgery done and she said she woke up in the middle of it. The doctor said "now, go back to sleep honey." Really? Another couple were sitting there and they made a partial for him. The metal bits were sharp as knives and had cut his gums. She told me if they didn't give them their money back ... read more

At first I was impressed with the service from Aspen. However after time for the extractions to heal I find half a tooth left. Disappointed to say the least. The Dentures that I had made to put in place are way to big and uncomfortable. The bottom plate no matter how much Dental adhesive I use will not stay in place as the are very crooked. All around worse Dental place I know. Payed them 800 dollars to start and they want me to pay another 860. Not until I get the service I am paying for.
