I have been to many dentist through out my life .i was very comfortable from the moment i walked in there door. Everyone who dealt me was kind courtesy and understanding to my needs. Dr Green very friendly Dr Tescy very friendly and great at removing my teeth . The staff who walked through the whole process of exams x-rays impressions and step by step of what was going to take place excellent. I would say excellent if dentures & partial both fit perfectly when first picked up. This is not realistic. I have been back for minor adjustments. This IS realistic. The staff, which includes Dr Green, dental assistants Lalhera, Emily & Danielle have been awesome. They greet me with smiles & don't treat me like I'm a "complainer". Fitting new dentures is a process. I have possibly one more adjustment & I should be good. I totally love the staff & how I was treated. Also my estimate was higher than I had to pay. botched 4 fillings, had to get 2 replaced by another dentist within a couple years and another one they did not do correctly so it turned into a root canal. Very painful and not worth having to do re-work for!! do not go here!!

Only go here if you plan on being ripped off. I initially chose Aspen because they promise no surprise pricing and offered a free initial exam and x-rays. The staff was courteous but the appointment felt less like a dental exam and more like an assumptive sales transaction. They get you in the chair and then try to charge you from everything from an electric toothbrush to Invisalign retainers. After the 'free' portion of your visit you'll be taken up front and given an estimate loaded with fluff and non-essentials. Its a... read more

DO NOT GO TO ASPEN DENTAL ON EAST WASHINGTON AVE! I had two teeth extracted and even before I got out of the chair I started to feel pain. I told Dr. Valencia that I had pain and he just recommended Tylenol or Advil. You just stretched my face out and cracked two teeth in my mouth and you shake my hand and send me on my way. They also don’t give out antibiotics after the procedure, even though he said I had an infection in my tooth. It was horrible, I felt so rushed through the whole process. Never again!

Get someone who cares about people in the office and get rid of the loan consultant person, Jackie. Her customer skills are ridiculous!!
