Very expensive even with insurance
To much to talk about. I told the clinic about what happened don’t have time to repeat.
Went in for dentures as my front teeth busted out on me over the weekend. Instead of listening to what I wanted, they went through a bunch of stuff they wanted to do instead, to the tune of over $7000 now and $2000 in 6 months. Only to say I could "wear the partials for as long as they lasted" or needing dentures. Why not just do as the patient asks and wants?
very unprofessional cancels Appointments without you knowing and wants a doctor approval for a tooth removal. when I told them why they waited until the last minute. the cancelled all my appointments and told me to go elsewhere
Finally have a dentist who listens with this office ,after 16 months of telling them my dentures weren’t fitting correctly and were too big for my mouth the person who makes the Dentures realized they weren’t correct!! I was seriously thinking of going to another Dentist office elsewhere. I cannot tell you how many 2nd chances were given I finally told them I wanted my money back and they finally figured it was time to listen to their client. Like many others that I read here, where do you even begin? My fiance went in knowing that he would need dentures. The dentist walked in, said hello and was gone for 45 minutes. My fiance was ready to leave since the weather was getting awful. He stayed and saw more of the assistant than the dentist. Worst experience ever, I wouldn't allow them to complete the work., I walk away with a credit card debt.
I scheduled an appointment to get my wire glued back on, it's a retainer that popped out. First time I schedule, they have to cancel because the doctor "ran into an emergency." I eventually I go in, they measure my gums and say they're ok but I should really get a cleaning. I say I just want my wire glued back on. They say they have an opening for a cleaning and that "the doctor can see you," but I mention I just want my wire fixed. The doctor comes to examine my wire and says he can definitely fix it. Where to start?! This office has given me so much stress. At my first appointment with this office, the staff was all friendly. The hygienist was complementing me on how nice my teeth are. The dentist then comes in and says I need a lot of fillings. I was in such shock by this that I did not know what to say.
