This is the biggest scam I've ever experienced �. Thought I'd try them out as I currently do not have dental insurance. I was told I needed 4 crowns and a filling. Saw my regular dentist after this scam "consultation"..... imagine this..... I need nothing.... no crown or filling! BEWARE� I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. SCAM

They come across all friendly and personally nice. I paid ahead on my treatments. STUPID!!! They pad the bill with a toothbrush I told them I did not want-$131!! And flouride products and treatment. They owe me over $300. Still waiting. I had a 1:00 appointment. They kept tje door locked until 1:05. I was there before 1. Took me back at 1:20 and then told me they didn't have time to do everything. I am a nice person but I told them THEY were late from lunch and I wanted it all done. I go there and they tell me that all they have time was first time Patient screening and no time for the cleaning even tho that was the only reason I went in. They held onto a $1700 credit of mine when I had my wisdom teeth removed in December 2016. They never sent me an invoice. They have never sent me an invoice. I only heard about the credit when I had went to have a scaling in July. So I have been paying interest on my carecredit card because they wouldn't give me back my money. I was not very happy with my last visit. My regular dentist transferred to another state and no one told me. A new dentist came into the room, no one said Dr Greene is no longer with us. I am upset that I never got informed he was gone. I should have a choice of who I want to replace my regular dentist. I felt no connection with the new dentist. Don't know if I am going to return to Aspen or find a new dentist somewhere else.

They lied and said that more work was needed. Went and got a second opinion and the lie was confirmed by the x-rays. Beware of these money hungry people.

want to give a BIG shout out to you for helping Vets with their dental work! My brother is a retired vet there in Madison and needed some work done and instead of helping him set up a payment plan.....you guys paid for it ALL! Way to go Aspen Dental for helping him out!!!
