My experience here at Gold St. Was awesome! The front desk to the doctors and Tammy and the rest of the crew were caring and listened to my needs and took care of any problems ASAP. I've had bad experiences before at other dentists so I was skeptical at first but I'm very happy with the service and care I've received here
Had a great experience yesterday working with office manager Christina, assistant Tammy and Dr. Baht. Going to the dentist usually sucks!
So who likes going to the dentist anyway? ??? But I must say the crew at Aspen dental is incredible!!! Very caring people there from the front counter check in through billing....yes I said billing...... right through to the dentist and all staff members and assistants.They all were great!! Throughout the entire process they have been there no matter how many times I had to call for adjustments to a major makeover, they basically said come on in and I've never waited more than 8 minutes to be called in !!! I love the entire staff at Aspen Dental:) I hate the dentist but the girls at the counter made everything so simple. It was an awesome experience to work with Felicia:) she made the whole scary process, not so scary. She was so sweet and put all my troubles to rest. Never going anywhere else again!!
They practise medicvine purely for profit, and turn away disabled patients. They will not allow you to lodge any form of complaint about this, and they lie in both their advertisements, and their policy, by saying they accept all patients. THEY DO NOT. They steal money from potential pateints by forcing them to have unnecessary appointments. NO MEDICINE FOR PROFIT
