Told the clerk i just wanted minimal work, she said ask dentist. I went in, told lady who put the thing around my neck, dentist came in, she said it to her, and i repeated it, and even explained times are tough and im working three jobs. Halfway through, dentist says she needs to go help another client, comes back after ten minutes, finishes up and send me to clerk. ASPEN Dental was willing to help me with a broken tooth that was pocking a hole in my gum and making me bleed. This is a problem because I on blood thinners and they were not worry about payment (even though I do have dental insurance) they also told me how they could help me with my teeth problem where other dentists would see that I am on blood thinners and wouldn't even talk to me Thank you Aspen

I have struggled with an overwhelming fear of dentists for a long, long time. I went in knowing I would probably need fillings and extractions. I was terrified but the woman at the desk was very understanding. Then I met the doctor who would take my case. Dr. Saxena is highly skilled at her work and has been gentle and patient with me and my anxiety since day 1. She puts my mind at ease and I cannot express how much I appreciate this person. I felt like a very valued customer. from the beginning. Everyone is so nice and very professional. Dr. J Pull the tooth yesterday and I can't believe how painless it was. and if it wasn't for the dental hygienist Megan I would have been a lot more stressed out. She was so calm throughout it all. I would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone.

Went to Aspen dental to get my teeth cleaned they informed me that I needed a deep cleaning and a scaling after my insurance the cost was $800!!! Went to a different dentist today deep cleaning or the scaling was not necessary!! My recommendation is to never use them they’re ripping people off

Hello Dr. Park My name is Tara Sponsel. I came in to the office at Epping nh. I cracked hairline cracked my front tooth back in August. The dentist that was available actually extracted my tooth instead of keeping it for a crown which was the first intention. Her fault. I am unable to have titanium place in my bone line. This place does not.know how to book appointments. I have been sitting here with my boyfriend for his appointment for half hour now and there is 8 other appointments waiting as well. No one wants to sit in your office for hours for a simple 10 minute appointment. Then the ladies in front desk roll there eyes when someone asks how much longer. Maybe you should rethink how to schedule people

For a month since initial cleaning I have consistently gotten the runaround about further work. Upon responding to the recommended follow-up treatment with my “doable” options, I was told by the front desk more than once - that a doctor would be consulted and I would be responded to. No one has called me back. So, the next time I called I suggested that perhaps a dentist could work on other areas less expensive for the time being. Again, no doctor called me back.
