So I went to aspen dental back in April for teeth cleaning. We were told the insurance we had would cover the services that Aspen dental said I needed. They tried to sell me this 'antibacterial' service for my teeth. I have never needed that while having dental work done ever, (and I had braces!). I denied having this service done. Well low and behold when the time came to pay the insurance said the aspen dental had performed dental work that was unnecessary overall! I was shocked! Please people, see a real dentist. Over 2 years and multiple offices. None of the staff know what's going on and mess up everything from appointments, xrays and the dentures themselves. No accountability for themselves and anything they find wrong is an excuse or they try to blame you. Going to a real dentist and then reporting these guys to the BBB.

Horrible customer service. Rude and unhappy. They lost my ex rays from a year ago and want me to pay for new ones. I would give them a zero if I could. Stay clear, save your teeth and your wallet

I had to pickup X-rays at the office to see a specialist the next day and when I went to my appointment the office person said it didn't contain my full mouth X-rays. I called Aspen and they said they couldn't email them over even though it was there fault and it would take two weeks. I was in a predicament since the specialist needed the X-rays to diagnose and treat my issue. I was taking time out of work to go to this appointment too! I had only done a good review because I was offered a discount towards my crown. I was given a quote, then was pushed to have additional treatment that I didnt know I could refuse. Next visit I got a root canal. Next visit, i had a temporary crown on. Then I went in again to check up on my root canal. Last visit, I was told crown was no longer an option unless I had to get crown lengthening all of a sudden. Extra money out of pocket. Make sure this is the last place you go... Yesterday I walked out of Aspen Dental in Manchester. I USE TO love this place and brag about them to everyone. I'm sorry the last two times I've been there the people at the desk are super sweet but one you get out back it's totally different. Worst dental office ever. Just switched to a new dentist knowing my son had issues Aspen was not addressing. This being after they did a couple fillings without drilling into my son's teeth. They just did surface fillings. Under the fillings the cavity spread to the root of his tooth. The filling they did caused an abcess in his mouth. I suspected as such and when he went into have a baby tooth pulled that was already loose causing swelling in his mouth I mentioned it.
