Okonoboh Sydney is a DMD At Aspen he supposed to take 4 my teeth but this men take 15 my teeths I don’t know why I went home with pain the. I have been very pleased with all the staff & the outcome of my upper temporary denture!! I did ask for an appointment to have my lower teeth cleaned today & was told because I'd had no gigavitus test they were unable to schedule me that appointment, therefore I must have to wonder do I need an appointment to get an appointment?? Naturally I had a full mouth,gums, x-rays & gum inspection before 10 top teeth were extracted!! In other words Aspen lost business on that cleaning because I will go elsewhere PERIOD

Scheduled an emergency appointment only for them to take over an hour past my husband's appointment time before he even saw the dentist. Guess the dentist was mad he mentioned he couldn't sit there forever, and didn't use numbing stuff before he jabbed him with the Novocain. It barely did the job, so the dentist comes back in and sticks him 4 more times, still while he's not numb. EVERY OTHER DENTIST numbs you before they stick you. I loved everything about Aspen: Johanna was terrific, Misty was informative, Amanda was encouraging as we figured out my plan to take care of my teeth. I was excited to get going after the new year. However, I went to them for a horrific tooth ache with a swollen jaw and pain level of 10/10. They were much more concerned about future visits to get me in good dental health than to help with the pain. I was given penicillin and told to take Extra Strength Tylenol and ibuprofen. Aspen Dental is our third attempt at finding a dentist office that we may settle down for (my daughter and I). The last two did not make the cut due to poor patient service. I went in today for a 4pm appointment with MISTY, and she sealed the deal with the first cleaning. The staff was very friendly and listened to my concerns. The doctor done the same as well as my past history with my dental procedures and problems. I was very comfortable even with my high anxiety levels, I would highly recommend this establishment just on this basis alone.
