This office has been horrible lately, they refuse to address my issues concerning my dental work. They treat you good until there's a problem, then they ignore the issues and ignore your calls and concerns. I was promised 3 times that i would receive a call back and yet no call came from kelsey as promised. I am VERY upset by this apparently approved metjod of not dealing with issues and only caring about the patients as long as they are happy. Expensive, don't care about patients, don't explain, rude, and rushed. The basically took X-rays to collect money.

We were very specific regarding billing. We pay what we owe. No "surprises". Given one amount and then received an "additional" bill. Administratively, they stink. Rude and usually don't answer the phone. Wife's temporary came off several times. Finally used fix o dent to keep it on until permanent came in. My cleaning was superficial at best.

Appt was at 845 just for exam and X-rays . Did not leave the office till 12:45. Way too long for what should have been a 45 min appt!!!!
Very expensive! Went to another dentist office to found out if I can get a better deal and sure enough I can! I'm saving almost 2000, do yourself a favor and shop around!
