I went to get a checkup as a new patient in May. I have a primary and secondary insurance and was sure that I made it clear which was which when I first went into the office. They took copies of both and I had written down both on the paperwork. I started receiving bills and noticed they charged only my secondary insurance. When the dentist tells you that his staff is doing something illegal, it is very disturbing. Their billing is ridiculous. They file fraudulent claims.
They lied about accepting my insurance and having a sliding scale.
So after visiting yesterday! I'm extremely disappointed! Visit itself went fine but when they gave me a print out of pricing it doesn't even come close to matching the website prices! Guess you gotta be rich to get your teeth fixed!

5 years and $10,000 later between pulling and dentures and I still have no teeth they screwed me big time. Never, ever!!
They don't follow the contract with the insurance company, their billing practices are questionable, and they push their products on you like a direct sales company.
