I had an infected wisdom tooth and while the process of pulling it was far less than a pleasant experience, the staff went out of their way to make it as painless as possible.
I started going to Aspen Dental a couple months back when I had an emergency and was not able to get into my regular dentist Since then I have had two appointments. On both occasions I was able to get in the very next day and had I been able to make it I would have been able to get in the same day. The Dentist , the Dental Assistant Amber and the rest of the staff are always super friendly and professional. I'm pretty happy with my experience so far at our Aspen Dental Office here in Marshalltown. The staff have all been very nice, and I've felt pretty comfortable with both of the Dentists I've seen there so far. I'd recommend that anybody needing some dental work done at least go in and check our Marshalltown Aspen Dental out. My first appointment was free!
Very pleasant first experience with Aspen Dental of Marshalltown, IA. I got in for my first (non-emergency) appointment within 24 hours. The staff members were great, including the receptionist, a trainee, the X-Ray tech, the hygienist, the doctor, and the office manager. Very friendly group of professionals!
