My first visit everyone was awesome. They didn't let me leave without fully understanding my best options. Everyone was friendly and everyone was very knowledgeable about all my needs. Even Laura was at the desk and went more in depth with me on questions I was nervous to ask back in the back. Thanks my new dental team.
During cleaning process today(7/20/23) i spent a lot of time looking at ceiling. Air vents are dirty and light fixtures have dead,flies in them. Hygienist, Dana, is always excellent,,and clearly embarrassed by my pointing out the filth above. Immediate janitorial attention needs to occur, this sends a very poor message to both employees and clients.
If I could give this office no stars, I would. 6 years ago they made my upper denture—still under warranty as of today. One of the front teeth had fallen out this weekend, and because I couldn’t go without a front tooth and I couldn’t get to them on a Monday, I used an over the counter denture paste to hold it in place until they could fix it today (Tuesday).
