I'm only giving ONE star because I can't give ZERO. This place SUCKS! First it took months to get an appointment with the traveling oral surgeon. So the office manager at the time made sure I was one of the first ones to be seen the day he came to the office. Okay, great. So I get there and mind you I'm having all four wisdom teeth taken out (ONE of which is surrounded by bone) as well as another tooth literally right next to my wisdom tooth. If I didn't have to give any stars, I so wouldn't. This specific location is the worst. Macon office is absolutely fantastic. However the oral surgeon can only be scheduled through McDonough, which is a complete bummer for them because of their rude customer service skills, I found another oral surgeon. Do not recommend this office to anyone.
Great assistants and receptionist. Horrible hygienist who stated I had periodontal disease when I just left an oral surgeon a few days before their appointment for something that wasn't even related to what they should have been doing.. price gouges, unnecessary procedures, and really can't be trusted to be fair. My appointment was literally 3 hrs for Xray and evaluation! This was not real when it didn't take 10 mins to do the Xrays.
My appt. was at 2:00, but I wasn't taken back until 3:45. This is after they had rescheduled my original appt. a week prior. I informed them that i needed to leave before 4:30, which seemed to have slowed them down. I was not impressed at this visit at all.
Since when do you have to wait 1hour and 40+ min. To have oral surgery? Why have an Appointment if you end up waiting this long anyway. No regard to Patients and Families time at all. People have things to do besides waiting in a Dr. office.
they suck! always have to wait hours to get in. it is like they get all your money up front and get u in quick but the follow ups are hours and hours of wIting
I waited an hour and 45 minutes before walking out. After about an hour I asked the front office staff how much longer and she said 10 minutes. After 30 minutes passed, I asked again and she said it would be at least another half hour. When I asked for a copy of all of my records she acted as if I was insane for wanting to transfer to another dentist. The staff was not at all apologetic for how long I had to wait. So much happier at my new dentist.
