Me and my husband made an appointment at 10:15 and we sat for two hours. All he has had are xrays. No one checked on us . Will not return here again
My special needs son was scheduled for to have his wisdom teeth removed. We waited over a month for this appt. The day before the appt. I call to find out what all we need. They canceled his appt. They did not bother to call. Poor communication. I later found out that they never received anything from my dentist. (He was referred to aspen for oral sugery). I was also informed of information that I should have known about. But yet never got a call or anything.

I waited in the lobby for an hour and a half, they said they had forgotten I was there. I am STILL waiting on a call back for them to tell me the final price on all the dental work, been waiting over a week.
I am a 24 year old healthy woman and these people try to tell me I have periodontal disease, swollen, red gums and bleeding (which are noticeable symptoms that I had none of) and they wanted to charge me 3000$ for. So as freaked out as I was I went to Dr. Scott brown for a second opinion and nothing.. not even a cavity. They like to scam folks that's for sure. And all the comments that rating them with 5 stars are fake profiles I'm sure cause these people work off of commission

Had a tooth pulled yesterday. Piece of cake. Scheduled for 2 crowns.
I have sooo many issues, and I am glad I got the opportunity to experience Aspen Dental up close and personal. I was very impressed, until I had to sit down and discuss the cost. I felt like the price was exaggerated, and I hate feeling like this is common practice used as a screening method. I wasn't given the opportunity to adequately discuss the financing, and was flatly denied without any explanation. I didn't appreciate being told I could "bring somebody back to sign for me." Ridiculous!!!! I was given the run around. They also suggested to do dental work I was told by previous doctors - I did not need. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS. THEY LIKE MESS UNPROFESSIONAL MESS. ASPEN/ DR. OH - OFFICE AND STAFF. Something is wrong there. why give a patient the run around -a professional patient (Ed.S./Ph.D.) cum laude. They like attending to thugs needs that interrupts the business. Awful place to go for dental. Bad. sonya242ful; Patient last 6/20/2017. Bad experience. Don't go there people.
