My first time at Aspen Dental, everyone was super nice and accommodating. Very professional and friendly staff, gave me a very in depth description of what exactly needs to be done and how it will be handled and who exactly will be doing the work. Couldn't be happier.

Everyone there was extremely nice and very courteous I would definitely recommend Aspen dental on the Carlisle Pike in Pennsylvania to anyone. I just feel very sorry for the employees there, they run around like chickens with their heads cut off trying to get everybody and do their job. There was even some rude patients in the waiting room because they had to wait a little bit. The girl at the counter was very pleasant to this particular patient even though the patient was very rude. Good customer service is hard to come by ... read more

I went there thinking I needed a "bridge". The dentist went over my options and was very patient with me and my questions. She told me to take my time, talk it over with my wife and then decide. She actually told me that if it was her choice she would just leave it as it was if I was OK with that. It really wasn't necessary. Nice people to do business with. The only negative was the wait time before I went back, that could be the fact that I was a new patient, but all my paperwork was filled out in advance. The receptionist ... read more

When I went there yesterday I was very scared. After seeing my first person, Myranda for x rays I was feeling better. After seeing Dr. Desai I felt I was in great hands and was really not minding my visit at all. Then comes Jennifer and I was having a great time...yea at the dentist, go figure. Have some work that needs done and I'm not worried at all. All the girls at Aspen Dental ROCK!!! Thank you for taking such great care of me.
