I am writing this review on behalf of my mother, Mrs. Paramjit Kaur. She got her extractions and dentures done by Dr. Goraya and Dr. Shoaib. Her dentures fit her perfectly, and Dr. Goraya ensured that she was happy with her new smile. Went to Aspen Dental June of 2022 for a tooth extraction, when leaving office they said they would file my claim with insurance and bill me the remaining amount. Here we are over a year later and three visits to the office and still nothing done it’s always will have the business manger call you which never happens. They never sent me a bill, or turned in a claim to my insurance but turned me into collections. The Mechanicsburg PA office is horrible at basic communication. Trying to just get an appt, have left 5 voice mail messages with 4 different extensions, they NEVER answer the phone and you go to VM. It has now been 3 days and absolutely no call backs. Absolutely ridiculous that any business does not answer phone or return phone calls when messages are left. This is for new business, can you imagine how they would ignore a current patient with a problem!! SMHÂ
