Appointment was great. Staff was very helpful and less than 10 minutes waiting, Doc. was excellent, got next appointment at my convenience.
Everything was great considering the circumstances of my visit. The staff was amazing from start to finish but the doc took the time to explain options and made me feel so at ease. The x-rays were also much easier with whatever machine they use there and they had an excellent hygienist with a great personality to do the 'pictures'...but the office manager was absolutely amazing at her job when it came to helping me figure out the financial end of things. My husband and I both experienced our first visit with Aspen Dental this past week. We found everyone to be very friendly and professional. The x-ray technician, Miranda, was very thorough and described each procedure. Also, Amanda and Dr. Desai were very attentive to our needs and made suggestions for us to consider in the future without any pressure. We are looking forward to visiting them again the the future.
I haven't been to the dentist in a few years, but everyone at Aspen Dental made me feel very comfortable. The X-ray tech, Myranda, was very friendly. If you hate dentists, she will definitely make you feel at ease.
