Dr. Saffner and Kayla are wonderful. I have severe anxiety when it comes to dental work. Each time I see Dr. Saffner that anxiety becomes less and less. She is caring and understanding. Dr. Saffner shows she cares, talks to me with patience and compassion. She also knows her stuff when it comes to dental procedure. Both Dr. Saffner and Kayla are assets to the middletown office.
I have had them do a lot of dental work done and they were very professional and did great work would highly recommend them for all you needs
I must say I am so happy I choose Aspen dental in Middletown , NY. About September of last year I woke up with horrible tooth pain I ignored it at first but after a couple of days I could know longer bare the pain . Went to get my dentures fixed and a painful tooth pulled. The staff at Aspen Dental was absolutely fabulous. Kayla, Michelle, Tom and Dr Mo took great care of me. I would highly recommend them if you need any dental work done.
I have to say the staff there was absolutely amazing Tom the office manager has went over and beyond to help me. My dentist is Dr. Mohammed and he was the best I was nervous about my work and he walked me threw all the steps and made my experience more comfortable and I am happy to have him as my dentist. The dental assistant was funny and was trying to keep my mind off the work and he did just that thank you . I visited Aspen Dental for a root canal and they did an amazing job. Michelle and Kayla are very fun and friendly as well as Dr. Saffner and Dr. Mohammed. I would definetely recommend to anyone in need of dental work or just a simple cleaning!!

If you're looking for a place to eliminate your dental phobia, this Dr. Will do just that. He and his staff are warm, friendly, comforting, and Dr. Muhammad takes the time to explain every step of a procedure. I heard a lot of "negatives" about this place, but those comments were not substantiated. I've found my new dentist, and couldn't be happier!! Thanks Dr. Muhammad & staff! Awesome!
