I started as a patient in the Gainesville, Florida location. In 2013, I moved back home to NY and started attending the Middletown office location. Dr. Mohammed is wonderful, very informative, patient and gentle. The hygenist here, Paige, is fantastic as well. I recommend them both to everyone I know.

My husband had an appointment to fix the whole in his tooth I previously spoke to them twice one the phone asking if the took his insurance and they said they would call me later in the day YESTERDAY. They never called me back. Then we showed up a few minutes late to the appointment and we walked in and there was NO ONE in there. The ladies in there did not greet us and was rude to us. After many, many repeated visits for adjustments, implants and paying almost $16,000.00 out of pocket for dental work including dentures I continue to be in constant pain while wearing dentures! I have given up on them and will now search for a Dentist that can hopefully make me Dentures that can be worn comfortably.

they overcharge you for services and hold your treatment and dentures hostage if u question the bill and they add more to the balance due for absolutely no reason and no treatment the front desk staff is rude and unprofessional. I really wish I chose a different place!! they add so much unnecessary stress to a stressful situation .

My teeth were horrible and to the point that I was almost always in pain. I've had a fear of the dentist and kept putting it off. Made an appointment and got in right away. From the moment I got there, everyone was so nice and put me at ease. And now thanks to Dr. Ryan and everyone there I have my smile back and don't have to be ashamed of how my teeth look. cuz now, they are gorgeous!

Need to reschedule a filling for a small cavity. My normal doctor isn’t available for a month. The other dentist won’t see me because I’m not his patient. Cannot get the number to the regional manager. Run, don’t walk.

On 3/23/20 I needed to finish a root canal that was started the week before and, given the current climate of closings due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, I was told that a root canal wouldn’t be performed because it takes too long to finish and that an extraction would be recommended since the ability to receive treatment in case of a complication might not be possible as they were closing dentist offices. Aspen Dental in Middletown ny is awesome!!!! Every staff member that I have met there has gone above and beyond with all aspects of my care. And dr Jeung is the BEST!! Have gotten the kindest treatment there and excellent care!!!
