My girlfriend has a wisdom tooth coming in that got infected. the earliest aspen could get her in was jan 23rd. it is what it is but the dentist she asked to speak to about possibly getting antibiotics had the nerve to tell her its unsettling that shes going around calling for pills. ITS ANTIBIOTICS. Unprofessional. i'l make sure to tell everyone I know about this.

Had my first appt for a cleaning rescheduled. Went for a cleaning appt an hour drive away only to be told after xrays that it was a check up appt with the dentist. Never did get my cleaning. Was told to make another appt. no thank you.

So I have been going to aspen for quite some time and recently had pain in my tooth/gum area...I called for an emergency visit and was offered an appointment 2 weeks later or if I could make it in before a certain time of the day and wait until they could take me...but it could be hours of wait time...I than went a few days later to see if they could just take an X-ray and possibly get an antibiotics as we all know when things are not right with our teeth/bodies....I spoke to a rude receptionist and was told that if I was In... read more

My husband has had a HORRIBLE experience here (which makes it a bad experience for me as well!) Pick a different place to go. He went for an exam because his filling fell out and they said they don't do work or even a cleaning on the first visit which was not what he was told on the phone. Then they called back with a cancellation and he had to drive 40 minutes back. They filled his tooth and he had a headache the the next day and every day after. I just had to have a root of one of my teeth extracted and the dentist at Aspen Dental was just wonderful. He was very friendly and very competent and kind. I didn't feel any pain or discomfort at all~ The entire staff was very professional and friendly, I highly recommend them~!!!

I came in to have a root canal and the staff was very helpful and gentle. From the front desk to the chair Dr. Saffner was amazing. Michelle, John, Nicole, and Page the hygienist treated me like family. And Cacy was excellent as well.

I have been a patient of Aspen for 8 years. The reason is I paid a good amount of $$$ for implants that have broken 8 times. They by no means hold up to the description they claim ... The customer service are very kind but the material is not worth the &&& or the time I have to put into them.
