I thought I had scheduled a cleaning....Ended up with horrible xrays, an exam and then had to reschedule for the cleaning....very expensive...added lots of unnecessary items to the estimate....and then you have to prepay for your next service....

It is a very nice place and the staff was awsome.however. Went in for a very problematic tooth that I could not have extracted due to cost, And would NOT give me a prescription for the severe pain I am in.but was prescribed a antibiotic when I was told "tooth was not infected,but the nerve was exposed,ergo that's what is causing all the pain,,yet gave me an appointment the day after Christmas..
Had xrays and an exam and the Dr. explained the plan of care, which would be further discussed with the office manager. I waited for a while before being told the person I was waiting to see was on a conference call, and would I mind if she called me. Okay, kinda really want to get things going but okay. I left the office around noon Friday, and have yet to hear from anyone.
Wow, an abcessed wisdom tooth and told to go home and take motrin? You are a joke.

My insurance covers only routine preventative dental care. Cleaning and x-rays and exam. They would not do a routine cleaning. They wanted to set me up with a deep cleaning at an expense $1500 and remove two teeth that are not bothering me at all for another $500. No thanks

People were nice but they are very greedy! They wanted to lead me to believe that I needed all this work don't asap and pay $2200 out of pocket after insurance for all this work. Then they try to stick me with a 3rd party option that would be charging me 17% interest every month! However I went somewhere else got a 2nd opinion, they laid out the important issues that need to be done first and it is more than half the Cost!!! I wouldn't advise anyone to go to Aspen in Middletown, Ohio. I had been going to Aspen in Miamisburg, Oh. but decided to switch to Aspen in Middletown since they were a couple of miles closer. Even though Aspen in Middletown easily transferred my records from Miamisburg they charged me $45 (out of pocket excluded whatever charges they might have sent to my insurance) since I hadn't been to that office before. My son went in wanting to get his wisdoms out. They got him in very fast for it. Everything went fantastic , and all of the staff were so nice & respectful.
