1700.00 for a plate I paid 600.00 for 4 years ago. Really? I know things inflate, but triple the price. They wouldn't even offer my wife to clean her face after getting an impression. Poor service. Also 300.00 to repair their denture. What a rip.
my son went and got his wisdom teeth pulled not all four at once they wanted him to do the bottom then come back ten days later and pull the top then. that's the dumbest shit I've ever heard ,sounds like they like to keep there patients in pain while they rake in the money from the insurance what a joke.so he goes and gets the bottom pulled they rushed the whole procedure rushed him out the door and called in ibeprophen for pain. Received a bill in the mail that showed my dental insurance wasn’t bill. I politely called and asked them to bill my insurance first. The response was cordial that they would take care of it. This was in January. I have thought nothing of this because I thought it was taken care of, as stated by their employee.I have received no post insurance bills, or no contact from this office. I've had the worst experience ever! I was pushed out the door by the new dr on Tuesday with dentures that didn't even fit. They're awful I'm still wearing my temps and those have never really fit either. So today was too unbelievable for words. Yes, I'm a RECOVERING addict - but I'm coming to see no matter how far I go it will always be the way people see me... I get very nervous at the dentist and I let them know this. I closed my eyes (like most anyone) when this horrible dentist was putting a needle into my mouth. The experience at Aspen Dental was fantastic till I had to deal with the office manager. I was in room waiting on her to go over paperwork and pricing. As I was waiting my chart was still up on monitor, I was checking it out when she came in to explain that she didn’t have pricing for me cause she had questions for doc.
