I called to schedule my final impression and was told that because their system got hacked I have to provide a copy of my receipt or I would have to pay out of pocket again. I have a copy of the check they cashed for almost $7000 and was told that’s not good enough. The manager is rude and not helpful at all. She gave me the wrong number for the corporate office. I am disgusted with this office and will be contacting an attorney! What horrible thing to do to hard working people! You are awful!!

This has to be the worst Dental Establishment I have ever experienced. The first time I was there, they spent an hour doing imaging, from there I was supposed to see the hygienist and the dentist, the hygienist came in for 6 minutes tops, rambled off some numbers and then left. I was then escorted to the finance desk where I was given a long and ridiculous list of procedures. I was then told I would have to come back later for one of two cleanings for later in the day. This office has gone down hill in the last 5 yrs. They have you get procedures you really don't need just to get dentures. They spend 1 1/2 hrs doing imaging and the when you return images can't be found . One hand doesn't know what other hand is doing. The gentleman office manager is so rude and nasty. No one should have to deal with this kind of service. Won't be going .🤬

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE place to go. I had a tooth ache a couple months ago. I went to Aspen and they did 3D scans and X-rays. They said I had a condition that needed a “procedure” that was basically a cleaning like any other cleaning I’ve ever had. They broke it up between two visits to make more money and make it seem more “medical”. I paid hundreds of dollars out of pocket along with what insurance paid. They are still sending me bills for $200. Good luck getting that. Aspen had been paid well for a “cleaning”.... read more

Dr. Modi and her assistant did my consultation and X-rays and decided I needed a root canal and crown but when I said no due to not being able to get off work and financial reason they became BULLIES! They were blatantly disrespectful and had no regard for how they were treating me, they made me cry and still kept coming at me. They said I had to decide to even be able to run what I would be respond for after insurance so I said fine I will do a root canal, we’ll when they came back with $2400 I said no just the extraction.... read more

What a joke! Scheduled an appointment for my dad three weeks ago through their national phone number. They texted me to confirm the appointment on Friday, which I did. They also left a message to call them to confirm. I called, no answer on option2. Found out they left at 3:30 pm on Friday. Went in today on time with my 89 yr old dad. The idiots in the office cancelled his appointment because they didn’t speak to me. I showed the desk person where I confirmed the appointment on my phone.
