The staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My first experience at Aspen Dental was a positive one.
Very Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, personable, genuine, one of the best experiences I have ever had at a dental office. Every minute there belongs to the patient and extra time given to make sure the patient understands the complete health of every tooth and ALL options/plans available to continue to have great Oral well being.
When you are uncomfortable with something they make sure to make you as comfortable as possible. If there's a billing issue you don't understand, they will walk you through it, and if they made an error they will fix so you don't have to worry about it. I've had professional but very friendly help from ALL the staff at Aspen Dental. I would like to thank them for the painless jobs that they have helped me with and the knowledge that they gave me regarding my son's issues!!!!! A+++++
I had a great first visit! The staff is so kind and do their best to make you feel comfortable. From initial images to the financial side, the team here in Minot is fantastic! I usually don't like going to the dentist, but I'm actually looking forward to coming back for my next appointment. (:

It was awesome! It was comfortable and relaxing. I wasn't nervous, when usually I'm a nervous wreck whenever I do see the dentist!
Had my first check-up with them today and it was amazing! The staff is super nice and each person went through everything thoroughly! We found our dentist!!! Thank you for the awesome service!
