Their website made setting an appointment super quick. It took me no more than 5 minutes to set up my first appointment. I've been there three times and was greeted quickly, and I never had to sit very long for my appointment. The staff has wonderful communication and has always been outgoing and detail oriented.
I made my appointment last Thursday and was seen today. The ladies up front called me and told me I would be there for an hour and half to see the doctor and then sit down with the office manager after that. It was great. The x-ray girl Sariah was patient with me and the doctor made me feel so comfortable. I was very nervous going into the office and left blown away by my experience. I would highly recommend Aspen to anyone, you can tell they really love their jobs and patients.
I scheduled an appointment for my husband and myself. We waited 1 month just to be told we have to reschedule due to not having a provider. We were scheduled another month out just to be cancelled again saying they have no provider. Going forward just don’t schedule anyone knowing you have no dentist.

Aspen Dental is the poorest excuse of a company I have ever encountered. Two years my dad was promised teeth again and again and again. One of the biggest reasons he is dying this week is because he couldn’t eat! You still have yet to get him his money back that’s supposed to be mailed to them since after 2 years of waiting that is what was suggested by the so called office. I had a crown come off. I went in after a online appointment fell through and I waited a week to be seen. When I got in, nothing they could do except start all over. I left with nothing getting done and was charged for that first appointment. I got out to my car and looked up to see on the window of their office....no insurance, free exam and xray..... I paid them for extraction and dentures with implants. The doctor quit and they have not finished the job but got paid for everything when they started just about 6 months ago. They can not even to a soft line on my tempry dentures until they get a doctor again. I heard bad things about them and brought this up before they started. The gal said I promise you everything will be good. When I was set up for the surgical extractions they lost my temporary dentures so I had to go back for another mold. My filling fell while I was on vacation and out of town so I chose Aspen Dental thinking they can fix my tooth. The only thing they did was took an X-ray of my tooth and the Dr told me I needed a Crown! So they were no help at All!! They charged my Insurance $140.00 for Nothing! I would never recommend them to Nobody! 😡
