My father has been waiting well over 100 days for his dentures and has still not received them!!!!!. Not only is he stressed enough because of his cancer, he has to make who knows how many phone calls to your office to try to find out where they are, but he is being lied to and looked over with NO regard to this totally unacceptable situation! Terrible place. Don’t waist your time and money. They did my crown ( 3h appointment) and yesterday was there just for a scan and my crown fall apart so they reschedule me to start again. Bad quality. I would not recommend this place at all
Completely horrible experience. They just try and get extra visits and more money out of pocket. They had us confirm three times before appt but when we get there; they were not ready and we had to start all over. After some discussion, we get seen for check up but they can’t do cleaning because short handed. We were the patients for the next 2.5 hours so how not. My mom went in 2 months ago to get her impressions because she broke her dentures. They still don't have them done and today they called to cancel her appointment for tomorrow as they didn't come in yet. My mom is dealing with a lot right now as she's taking care of my dad who is on hospice and dying of cancer. She does not need this nonsense of waiting OVER 2 months to get her dentures - which who takes this long?! None.
I’ve had nothing but problems with them. They do shot work and continue to try and find small imperfections to try and capitalize on. 4 months back I got a rebuild for a cavity filling that fell out. It fell out 2 months back and they have rescheduled me and canceled every 2-3 weeks since. I’m pregnant and have a hole in my mouth. Supposed to be seen on Monday. Rude staff. Kept talking over me while I was trying to talk and ask questions.. and they definitely rush you.. they asked me to come in at 4pm instead of my scheduled visit which was the next business day for 10:15am. Then kept telling me they didn’t have time to do certain procedures because they closed at 5. Understood… yet, if that’s the case then try to be on time for your patient if they are on time. Which they weren’t.
I went in to build up my molars and they did different teeth. They drilled holes so deep and left them exposed. They did filing that I never agreed on.They also broke 4 of my teeth. Than they said inorder for them to fix it I have to get crowns and Invisalign. They also used dirty tools. My mouth is so swollen. They changed my speech. I can’t close my mouth. Do Not go to Aspen Dental unless you have thousands of dollars you want to spend on unnecessary procedures. Absolutely nothing done on the first visit for what we went in for, but $3700+ will fix it. We went elsewhere and it was taken care of for $323.
RecommendedDr. Childers, DA-Dee and OM - Aliesha were fantastic. My first appointment and these three woman were the most pleasant people I have dealt with in a medical office. There was not a negative feeling in the office and all were very helpful. Not often I loved going to the dentist office.
