Recommendedunethical practices occur at Aspen dental. they produce cheap, Ill fitting dentures on their patients, upscale ludicrous treatment plans and are trained to rip off and deceive their patients. go to private practice. they'll provide a proper fitting denture and it still won't cost as much as this 💩hole place.
These people were rude to my elderly parents who were paying customers not getting anything for free. And allowed individuals to go ahead of them. Treated them rudely and had very bad attitudes. Horrible employees. Horrible dental work.
Both locations in Mobile are terrible. I used to go to the one on Airport until they forgot to schedule me in their computers for the third time—they would give me an appointment card, I'd get an email to confirm, but when I got there they would say I wasn't on the schedule. One time they scheduled me for work that would require a certain specialist, but scheduled me on a day that they knew the specialist doesn't work. At the location on Schillinger, things seemed fine. Went this morning, appointment was for 8:30am at 11:30am I was finally getting the extraction I came in for. Doc was very nice, she gave me a prescription for after the injection wore off, I take it to my pharmacy just to find out it doesn't have a DEA number or my address and they can't fill it. Tried calling multiple times and get no answer, found a corporate number and even they couldn't get a response.
