I was there 3 hours. And once i was examined i was told all these prices that i thought were ridiculous. And i don't like for someone to just push procedures on me. Which i can not afford. I encountered a person training from one of the colleges she had nothing good to say as she hid in my room while i waited a hour and 30 minutes for the doctor. They should a option to choose from.
I just spent over an hour for a first time visit. The people were nice but they don't stand behind what they say. I felt like I was at a car dealership just trying to get a tooth pulled. I was quoted $105 on the phone. After the exam they told me it was going to cost almost $300. Are you kidding me??? So they go talk to the manager and decide to give me 20% off! Really!! You are still over charging me! Oh and since they are giving me a discount it would take longer to get on the schedule. What kind of business is this??

It took 5 days to get an appointment just to see the dentist here. My face was swollen and I was in extreme pain from a broken and now, abscessed tooth. I was prescribed Tylonol3. I tried calling the office for 3 days straight and no one would return my call to try to get something stronger because the Tylonol3 was ZERO relief for me. Usually go the the other one in mobile but because the are closed went tho the one on airport. Very low class attitude from all the assistants. They chit chat in the hallway for 20 min about their life while you literally sit and wait. Women assistants try to flirt with men patients or the men coming with the patients. It this visit wasn’t ghetto then I don’t know what was it. Even the check out lady wa steh most low class person ever.
