If I had been informed upon arriving at 11:30 am for my 11:45 appt, that they were short staffed, I would have preferred they had told me and asked me to reschedule. I was expecting a cleaning and after 3 hours I left with only X-rays and gum measurements. I had missed lunch and had to reschedule my moms appt since I was late and couldn’t make it in time. We ask when making appt if anything could be done to replace bridge or remove was told they do everything at this office. We get there they take X-rays and refer my husband to another office. He has been in pain for 4 weeks. And now the new office needs the X-rays and they refuse to send them want us to drive another hour to sign a release and they say they can’t do anything electronically:/ .. My father passed away and we called and explain the situation to them about my mom trying to get everything figured out the important bills like her lights and water that she just got on disability and got her insurance stuff straight and they still keep harassing my mom calling and being rude
my appointment time was at 2:30 I'm currently still sitting in the lody at 3:42. I was told i was next but they called someone else name. I will never come here again!!!!
I would never come back to this dentist even to save my life they did a extraction and broke my tooth beside the one they were pulling. Now that I called and ask to speak with the doctor about it I get put on hold or she says she’s gonna call me back I called in yesterday and still haven’t received a phone call and I’ve called there several times just to be put on hold until it disconnects. Very unprofessional attitudes and pure disrespect hanging up on a patient that’s in pain. Now Dr.Evans will not accept my calls

I called Aspen because they said they (used my insurance), I was hurting with a toothache all night, they told me to be at there office at 7:30 next morning. I was there, checked in,(STILL HURTING). call me back to the back for xrays. all ok so far. then they put me in a room and a lady started looking at my Gumbs and trying to sell me a toothbrush. Staff is awesome! I worried them ab my teeth i needed pulled. They were never impatient or nasty, although I was. Thank you all amd forgive my attitude. It was my teeth talking not me so please forgive me.

These people are very rude and unprofessional please go with your second option not to mention they charged me over $1,000 for something that was not done correctly
