Lied about costs, especially how much their dental plan covers. They even charged me for what the plan was supposed to pay and it was a fight to get the bill reversed. I had been going in every three months. I had 1 X-ray at the beginning. was told I had cavities and had them repaired. Went in for a check up and with the same x-ray from a year ago they said I needed several root canals to save my teeth. What a horrible experience I had at this dentistry , the dentist Dilawrjit Kaur had to prepare a tooth for a crown , she unnecessarily cut and injured my gum for no reason , she is either a horrible dentist or she cut me on purpose, and I had a teeth cleaning done there also that was a horrible cleaning done and I had to file a claim with my insurance company for incomplete job . I been seeing a dentist all my life and I never had such a horrible experience at Aspen dental .

i went there few months ago and for a visit and with my insurance they would asked for additional $4000 for a single tooth implant. I decided to get second opinion and asked for my x-rays and images that i paid for..i have sent out numerous emails and made calls and filled forms and still nothing. Stay away. Upselling you is their habit. They are very unpleasant if you dare call them on any of their advice or assessment of your dental needs. Very argumentative. Especially their office manager. ZERO out of 5 stars. No points at all for the front office manager. She was rude, easily offended if you make any negative comments about their office procedures or call them on upselling you to a more expensive product. That's what I did. I paid over $2000 to get Invisalign from them, they told me the whole process will be covered with that money. In 2022 I went in for my first appointment to get the Invisalign where I was told by there. "Manager" or whoever the fat office lady was, that I have to pay over $300 every approximately six months to get a deep cleaning done because they cannot do the Invisalign without Cleaning every few months. Did my consultation and set up appointment for my wisdom teeth removal. Did my credit line, paid a down payment went through my insurance. For them to call me 5 days later and say they can't do it and my credit line will be canceled but I am still receiving emails saying it's active. Money is being pulled from my account. At first it seemed all good to be true. I was told it would only be X amount for all dates / appointments for my service. So I pay the bill and come to find out later I'm being sent bills to pay what was not covered when I was already told I was covered for this at the location. Is there some sort of method for these dentists spots to at least give us a "Warning"? Maybe I should of done my homework on what was covered or not. I went to Aspen Dental on Sisk rd. In Modesto to have a tooth extracted. When I arrived, they asked what brought me in, I explained that I had a broken tooth and was in alot of pain and needed the broken tooth removed. At that point I was there over an hour getting x-rays, 3D mouth scans, saw the hygienist, all the time thinking, all this for a tooth extraction??
