Stay away. Upselling you is their habit. They are very unpleasant if you dare call them on any of their advice or assessment of your dental needs. Very argumentative. Especially their office manager. ZERO out of 5 stars. No points at all for the front office manager. She was rude, easily offended if you make any negative comments about their office procedures or call them on upselling you to a more expensive product. That's what I did. I paid over $2000 to get Invisalign from them, they told me the whole process will be covered with that money. In 2022 I went in for my first appointment to get the Invisalign where I was told by there. "Manager" or whoever the fat office lady was, that I have to pay over $300 every approximately six months to get a deep cleaning done because they cannot do the Invisalign without Cleaning every few months. Did my consultation and set up appointment for my wisdom teeth removal. Did my credit line, paid a down payment went through my insurance. For them to call me 5 days later and say they can't do it and my credit line will be canceled but I am still receiving emails saying it's active. Money is being pulled from my account. I can't get the dentist on the phone. They ignore my call or answer and put me on hold. At first it seemed all good to be true. I was told it would only be X amount for all dates / appointments for my service. So I pay the bill and come to find out later I'm being sent bills to pay what was not covered when I was already told I was covered for this at the location. Is there some sort of method for these dentists spots to at least give us a "Warning"? Maybe I should of done my homework on what was covered or not. I went to Aspen Dental on Sisk rd. In Modesto to have a tooth extracted. When I arrived, they asked what brought me in, I explained that I had a broken tooth and was in alot of pain and needed the broken tooth removed. At that point I was there over an hour getting x-rays, 3D mouth scans, saw the hygienist, all the time thinking, all this for a tooth extraction?? I went in for a cleaning. They wanted X-rays. I told them I just had xrays and my insurance wouldn't cover again. Two different people told me they were free... that Aspen likes to take their own X-rays. After X-rays they refused to clean my teeth saying I could only have a $500 deep cleaning. I religiously have my teeth cleaned every 5 mos, and refused this procedure. Two weeks later received a bill for $156.00. I had nothing done except xrays, and the dentist NEVER even looked in my mouth.

Booked for cleaning all they did was one x-ray to another Then keep telling me that they need to pull all my upper teeth to do the implant ..oh wow I don't feel any pain or what so ever.Why have to have my teeth remove then put implant . After an hour still didn't get cleaning which i made appoinment for. Then at 1 point they said i need deep cleaning .So why need deep cleaning if they gonna pull all my teeth out for implant ..soun ds weird to me . Its all about business. At the end of 1 hr wasted no cleaning at all.

Don't trust this office with any dental needs. The office is slow to return calls, and craftsmanship is substantially less than standard quality. The office is understaffed when it comes to licensed certified dentists. Another two dentists will greatly improve the practice.
