Terrible staff, unprofessional and untrained. They don't care about their patients. I had an appointment at 12 noon on Friday, they called me Thursday and asking me to be there at 9 because Friday is a short day. On my first visit, they quote $330 for an extraction and they changed to $485 before my arrival. This place is a joke. Don't go there

Went for new dentures. $2800.00 top are great bottoms are awful. They couldn't help me so another place wanted $9000.00 to make the bottom stay in place. Aspen won't help me at all. Wouldn't take my dog there.

Screw this place. Called on Sunday for an emergency dental appointment. They scheduled me for Monday to fix my tooth. Keep in mind ,I told them on Sunday what my emergency was. They were willing to fix if for me on Monday. Hence the emergency appointment They advertised on there website. I got there early Monday, filled out my paperwork work, went in for my xray. I should've accompanied my boyfriend to his appointment. I saw the ad on tv for $399 dentures. That's what drew my attention. I understand there would be additional extraction fees but he was presented with a $5k quote. That was even after our insurance reduction! What happened to the $399 dentures??? Kind of discouraging to say the least.
