This place was so upsetting to me charge me for doing Dental work before they had done any work. I had to make a complaint to the BBC to get my refund.

My mom and mom's friend had the worst dental visit ever!! Worst dental office in Modesto!!! She is 83 yrs old and they made her sit there for 2 hrs before they decided they couldn't move forward! What a joke!!

Do not go to Aspen Dental. Especially this one . I have been on the phone with Bank of Missouri , who transferred me to Genesis bank. I found out that this Dental office opened up a credit account for services I had denied. The woman clearly told me that it would be a soft pull , then I could deny or approve the services if I don't like the finance offer. Worse customer service ever! I was in major pain from my wisdom tooth, they took x rays and I was evaluated. They were truly more concerned about the payment. They had all my insurance info However, most of the time, I was asked questions about coverage. In addition, I was not given pain medicine. I was sent home for a specialist appt. I asked for meds. No one got back to me. They never called back even after several requests.

I went in because of their affordable denture promise. No dental insurance and a fixed income made $399 replacement dentures very attractive. The staff was helpful and professional. The dentist refused to treat me because I would not consent to have any dental implants done, I have metal allergies. What a waste of my time

Terrible staff, unprofessional and untrained. They don't care about their patients. I had an appointment at 12 noon on Friday, they called me Thursday and asking me to be there at 9 because Friday is a short day. On my first visit, they quote $330 for an extraction and they changed to $485 before my arrival. This place is a joke. Don't go there

Went for new dentures. $2800.00 top are great bottoms are awful. They couldn't help me so another place wanted $9000.00 to make the bottom stay in place. Aspen won't help me at all. Wouldn't take my dog there.

Screw this place. Called on Sunday for an emergency dental appointment. They scheduled me for Monday to fix my tooth. Keep in mind ,I told them on Sunday what my emergency was. They were willing to fix if for me on Monday. Hence the emergency appointment They advertised on there website. I got there early Monday, filled out my paperwork work, went in for my xray.
