they do not answer the phone. Their after hours voicemail is always on even during business hours. After 3 Messages they have still not returned our call. I would not recommend them at all

You should improve your scheduling system to keep existing patients and potential ones. Good customer service is about respecting people's time, just like you want your patients to arrive and keep their appointments! I am a new patient. Rude all they care about is money my daughter had a crack tooth and needs a root canal due to the bad filling that they put in. They told her that she would be in the next day. No call at all but they will take your money and up charge on toothbrush. Calling the insurance company that location should be closed
the truly only care about money I went in with a broken tooth and they didnt even give me anything for that or for the infection they said i had. their finacial lady had a major attitude problem and tried to over charge us by almost 2k my husband called our insurance personally and gave them the codes for all that i need done and they gave him the correct prices. I do NOT recommend them

Run far away! I had an implant put in there and they did an awful job! I have never been able to eat on it and now it is totally falling out, I could actually hear my bone cracking when the dentist was putting it in. The post is coming out of the top of my gums. Now I have to pay another surgeon to remove the implant. They just want your money they don’t care what happens after you pay
I HAD A BRIDGE IN FOR 22 YEARS IT FINALLY BROKE. WENT TO ASPEN DENTAL. THEY HAVE MADE 3 DIFFERENT BRIDGES, THEY KEEP FALLING OUT. WENT YESTERDAY WITH TEETH IN HAND TO BE REGLUED. NOT VERY HAPPY.
I will let you know when all is said and done. pretty much out of money for now , been almost a year and still trying to get dentures to fit right. Love the staff. hate the extras that are not my fault, I might change my mind , we will see how this works out first.
