I have been calling since Friday 4/21/2023, leaving messages. No return phone calls, today line is busy and on another phone line, Verizon is saying this line is no longer in service. It’s their main number! I can go anywhere but they have $2600 of my money not insurance money, my out of pocket money. Don’t go here go somewhere else
I wouldn’t recommend Aspen Dental to anyone staff is rude and disrespectful. The office is poorly run by management. Regional manager is worthless doesn’t care about patient problems. Calling corporate doesn’t do much either. Monaca,PA office always has phones on answering service. They can’t be bothered to actually answer the phone whether it’s to schedule, reschedule or even ask a question.
