They need to keep their promises. I was not pleased with the work they did and they told me upfront that they had a 90 money back guarantee. I was told by the office manager, Mary Ann Dietz, that my card would be credited within 7 to 10 days and that was Oct. 18, 2018. She had me sign a paper to receive the credit. Today is November 5, 2018 and I have not received any credit. They told me I was in network with my insurance I wasnt. It cost me $6200. My insurance only paid $2800 for extractions which was $3000. They made one set of teeth that looked like horse teeth. I had small teeth. There was a defect so I wouldn't sign off on them. The second set the two front teeth on the top were off center so I would not sign off on them. Wish I could rate their services today but I waited so long in the lobby that I cancelled my appointment and left. There is no reason to be that far behind first thing in the morning. I might have had more patience if I didn't see multiple staff members just leisurely strolling around in the treatment area. Many things could have been done differently to keep my business.

Terrible experience here. I wouldn’t send anyone to get work done here. The “dentist” actually had me in tears and I had to tell him to stop. He didn’t even administer Novocain the proper way. Now 2 Years later the implant they tried to put in is falling out and I’m going to have to spend the money all over again to get it fixed. The new dentist that looked at it was shocked at what a horrible job they did on my teeth. I wish I never would have went their they ruined my teeth for a lot of money. They suck worst place to ever go was 4 min late for appointment and the miserable receptionist wanted me to reschedule it like my time isn't important

The workers there were wonderful and everything was state of the art. Unfortunately though, when I called to make an appointment as a new patient, they failed to tell me it was NOT a cleaning, which I expected for a "check up" appointment. Luckily the receptionist was able to fit me in. I had to wait an extra 30 minutes after the appointment time to get in. Like I said, the work done was fantastic, but their scheduling needs some serious tweaking.

Had a crown put on not even a year ago and already came unglued and they want me to pay over a $1000.00 for a new one and also pay for a visit. And because of it poorly put on it caused the tooth beside to get a cavity. NEVER AGAIN WILL USE AND DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!!
