I called today to cancel and reschedule 2 appointments for myself and my wife. After being put on hold, bounced around and prompted about an extension number for 15 minutes, I finally got a rude office who said they "couldn't see me anyway". I guess they were gonna let us come in to tell us this? This was after a call from the wife's employer to immediately report to work to pick up laptops to work from home, about an hour and a half before the appointment. No one was going to call? I had a dental emergency on Black Friday... they were the only place open and now I know why. They ran every test and X-ray possible to jack up my insurance and then the 200 year old dentist refused to touch my tooth! Take the time to FIND A REAL DENTIST!!
The walk in's welcome sigh needs to be taken down. when my husband asked how long the wait would be he was asked if I had an appt. He said no and was told they wouldn't see me. I'm in pain with an abscessed tooth. He told her the sign said emergency walk ins welcome. to which she replied only if we have time. There was no one in the place except us!! and he asked because we were not even acknowledged when we walked in.

Aspen Dental has the worst service ever they change the price of my dental work for my mouth an I had an appointment that day they had me waiting in the waiting area for an hour an they told me the doctor had to reschedule me because she didn't have time to do my fillings an I had to reschedule an this was my second visit an i missed work for this then I am pregnant as well and my mouth has been hurting for 2 weeks already phis is the worst dental place every that I experienced.

Worst experience ever definitely would not recommend. On top of my cost of service being displayed for the entire waiting room to hear, i was refused service because i did not and could not proceed with the costly plan they so happen to say i needed. Which may have been true, but how can you refuse the service the patient/customer wants to cover youd bottom line. I never in my life heard of such a thing. I went into Aspen Dental in the Montgomery location on 12/27/18 in pain. After seeing the dentist I was told that my wisdom teeth needed to be extracted. I was given an appointment to come back the next day, yesterday, 12/28/18. I sat for over 2 hours arriving at 2:00pm and not being called until 4:00. Once I got in the back I was told that the dentist could not extract my teeth and the oral surgeon that needs to extract them would not be able to come until the 17th of January! explain what they offer and to let the person know that they do not accept a certain insurance so they would not have to wait for long time and go through a procedure giving them hope
Just got jumped in line after showing up early for my appt and waiting 30 min. Dumping Aspen today. I work hard all week and have limited off time. I will be sending a note to my company and insurance company. Don’t go to this office!!!!
