I went into this office a couple of days ago with an abscessed tooth and very bad infection in it. I am 9 months pregnant the infection in my tooth could have harmed my baby severely. I just dont feel like they were not very caring. I sat in that office from 11:30- 1:00. I left the office crying cause I was in so much pain from the tooth. That night I went to the ER it was so bad. Aspen Dental is a rip off. The first dentist, Dr Andrews, was as personable as a door knob. The 2nd dentist, Dr. Jackson, was more willing to talk with me, and he answered questions. I needed 2 teeth to be extracted, but I really wanted to be put to sleep or at least gas used to really relax me, but he wouldn't consider because he said he doesn't do that, an oral surgeon could, but he sent me to an outside oral surgeon that was not in my insurance net work because he thought I might would need closer monitoring because of my... read more

This was the worst dentist office I had ever been to I go in there for pain from an abscessed tooth and all they want to do is tell me I need two teeth pulled and show me how much it is house all day all they want is money I had insurance they didn't care they didn't give me no type of prescription for antibiotics to get rid of the infection I wouldn't send my worst enemy to do I give them a 0-0 0-0 for performance I still had end up going to the hospital to get antibiotics so I can get the infection gone so I can go see a b... read more
Most awful place I have ever had to deal with, my mother had her teeth removed and was to get dentures and now 4 months later she still has no teeth. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here!
After x-rays I was prepared a treatment plan and started my appointment , first cleaning , which cost $900 for a cleaning which took 1 hour and 10 minutes to accomplish , which at first I was told would take four visits to accomplish . I came here in a lot of pain which was due to a tooth being cracked. I was told that they cannot treat me and I would either have to get the tooth extracted or a root canal. The closest date for which was 22nd Feb. I opted for an extraction and was charged $105.60. The doctor gave me 3 injections.Then tried to pull the tooth out. He could not pull it out as it still hurt. Then he walked out of the room and I was asked to talk to the office administrator.
