The front desk and the billing check clerk is only friendly and kurtious to patients they may know everyone should be treated the same ... exp at check out made me feel very uncomfortable.

Absolutely the most unprofessional, uncaring business I have ever dealt with. I drove an hour to a scheduled appt, sign in and sit there 1 hour and upon asking at the desk why my wait is so long am told oh we tried to call/cx. But they let me sit there an hour? I spoke with a manager and she said she’d send me a gas card for my trouble(lol..must be lost in the mail). Made an appointment for a cleaning and wasted an hour of my life! I should have walked out when the tech didn't seem to know what she was doing with the xrays. It seems they are only concerned with upselling services and gettting you to agree to unnecessary treatment. Needless to say, I walked out and refused any more services and still did not get my teeth clean. Will not be going back nor recommending to any one.

From the moment I entered until the moment I exited, the administrative and most the ancillary staff were courteous, informative and polite. The dentist was prompt and straightforward; as a former newspaperman and law investigator, I appreciate candor. The one exception was the dental hygienist. I didn't get her name, however, as she strode in and immediately began jamming a metal pick into my gums. I had an appointment for an extraction on the 10th of February and my appointment time was jumped around the manager is very rude . I wouldn’t recommend them due to the customer service when I went in for my consultation they had an untrained staff doing my consultation and I had to wait on the manager to call me to give me the payment information and she never called I had to call in repeatedly. If you are gonna have work done please go elsewhere this office is horrible.

I have been trying to get my teeth cleaned since Jan. 2020. 4 visits later I am still trying to get them cleaned. Each time they want to do a periodontal exam and x-rays that my insurance only pay for once a year (never find anything wrong). Also they keep talking about replacing my bridge that I don't want replaced. So today when I went for cleaning they did the periodontal dental exam. Staff unprofessional when you walk in. No privacy when discussing your payment and treatment. Communication between you and the Dr is not what I have experienced before. Im used to the Dr at least explaining what he or she is getting ready to do to ensure comfort. They could really be a great place but they need to step up customer service!

My appointment was at 8:45 am. I didn’t leave the office until after 11:00. I was told prescriptions were sent to Walgreens. It’s 7:38 pm and I am still without pain meds & antibiotics. I tried calling back to the office numerous times but kept getting the automated system which sent me to the voicemail. I spoke with someone after 5:30 who called in the prescription.
