I can summarize the entire story below in one sentence ASPEN DENTAL HAS PERFORMED MALPRACTICE ON ME, HAS STOLEN $11,000 FROM ME, AND HAS ABUSED ME SEVERELY … I am a 78 year-old man with a disability that Aspen Dental is very aware of. A dentist here filled a cavity on the cusp of my tooth without fully excavating & disinfecting the decay. I trusted him but turns out, bc of his negligence, I now need a root canal. I've also come to learn the filled cavity needed a crown the whole time. My new dentist is reporting them to the ADA. Only go here if you want improper and incomplete treatment for $$$$.

I have always had bad reactions when it comes to dentist but , I want you to know that the staff has a customer service like none of ever seen. The doctor was absolutely Fabulous. He explained everything & he didn't hurt me, he was just Amazing to say the least Rory his office manager was exceptional He explained everything to me step by step. The worst dental experience ever. The staff rushed me into getting dental services from them. Said , no other dentist would tell me I had dental problems. That was a lie. They were out to get money fast. I don’t recommend this dental office to anyone. Greatly disappointed. Shame on you Aspen.
