I'm not sure about given a star evaluation to this organisation. Im totally not a fan of a hard sale, but want to say a huge shout out to Sam, who is the office manager. She is the best, I have come across. As for my hygienist, she was amazing also. I'd go back just for them.
I called ahead to this location after leaving another branch that was more concerned about the long plan and wouldn't take immediate action for the pain i was having in the present. They not only fit me in, took care to make sure i was probably numbed up. They were warm and welcoming and also in high spirits which made for a much more pleasant experience. I also was able to go over billing of future care and was given an answer to all of my questions with patience. I would recommend them 10/10 times.
Have been going to the Mt.Pleasant, SC location for over a year. It's convenient and efficient, but I recently discovered QUESTIONABLE BILLING PRACTICES where they "pre-bill" you for services but don't automatically refund your money back if your insurance covers part/all of it. It just sits in your account there as a credit. I asked for my statement and found out I had several hundred dollars just sitting there. I couldn't recommend this office more! I needed a lot of work done and the whole staff was friendly, understanding, and accommodating. Dr. Iulo is a very positive, encouraging, and non-judgmental physician who will calm your fears by walking you through the process. I drive over two hours to see this doctor because he is worth the drive. If you need a lot of work done (or small!) I highly suggest you give this office a visit.

WOW! Probably the BEST dental experience I have ever had from start to finish. I had three crowns completed and the combination of young dentist along with modern dentistry practices Aspen Dental of Mt Pleasant has exceeded my expectations! I am especially impressed the staff was willing to stay late passed closing to make sure I had a pain free weekend and the willingness to squeeze me in. Thank You All

Dr. Adams and his staff squeezed me into the schedule so I could come in that day. Dr. Adams worked quickly to solve my dental problem, and I walked away feeling so much better. The staff were were nice, too.

Love this place!! All of the employees are very welcoming and sweet! They got me in next day as well as working around my short week schedule to get me in twice again and solve all my dental issues while here! Very friendly. If you're looking for a dentist I highly recommend Aspen! They explain everything to you and make sure your comfortable with their treatment plan and let you know pricing and all! My visit was great. The staff that assisted me were extremely helpful, efficient, and kind. I am not sure what the other review had problems with because I had none. I would definitely recommend this office to others.
Cannot say I was very pleased with customer service. Also billing department refused to send me an itemized bill. I suspected bill padding but cannot prove. Word to folks, keep a hawk eye on how they bill for services. Transferring out to another local dental office. When I asked for my X-rays to be transferred, it became a red-tape pain.
