Will let you make an appointment for a teeth cleaning but once you get there tell you "you have to have X-rays to be able to get the teeth cleaning. We'll let you know if they have time to clean your teeth, if not you have to make another appointment" Very unclear procedures, rude staff, and horrible reviews.

BEWARE Aspen Dental is a Corporate Business Hustle. I made an appointment for my 2o year daughter went to get her teeth cleaned while she was home from college. They would not clean her teeth but said she had gingivitis and a cavity that needed to be treated first. They also told her she needed all her wisdom teeth pulled. If I could leave less than one star I would. They did some dental work, charged me over $1,000, BUT LEFT A HOLE IN MY TOOTH WITH THE ROOT EXPOSED. And every time I have tried to call them about it to fix it, they hang the phone up on me. HORRIBLE. I am LIVID. It's has been 6 months of me calling with ZERO answers. I've been here twice, and both experiences were TERRIBLE. They are unable to keep track of simple details, and they are poor communicators when it comes to explaining policies and procedures. Their business practice is to bring you in for a "consultation," send you home, and try to sell you additional products. Avoid at all costs. They will waste your time.

DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE in Mount Pleasant, SC (near Lowe's)! The administrative staff especially the office manager, Michael, clearly has no experience dealing with customers and they are not customer service oriented. Michael is rude to customers and extremely short-sighted. I cannot speak for the company as a whole, but the West Ashley, SC location is poorly managed and operated, I would not feel safe using this location based on my experience (I walked out after just a few minutes being there).

I went here for a simple cleaning and was told that I had 2 cavities. I was surprised because I never felt any pain. When they created the "treatment plan" they wanted to charge me $1000 for 4 cavity fillings, 2 regular and 2 white. I left because they changed the cavities I had from 2 to 4. I just got a second opinion and the dentist said I don't have a single cavity. I've never had one in my life, and this place is a complete scam. They wanted to drill perfectly good teeth just to make money. Avoid.

DO NOT GO HERE IS YOU HAVE TOOTH PAIN! All they care about is selling other products to you. You leave there still in pain. They do not address the issue immediately. I have never gone to a dentist with tooth pain before, and leave still having tooth pain. One would think it would be taken care of right then and their. As it should be.
