I had an emergency, they give me an appointment for the same day , I got X-rays done , staff very friendly . Overall very clean and professional.

Nurses and doctors are very polite and explain things to you. I had a swollen face from a tooth infection and I was seen the same day. Only downfall is they do not take my insurance.

So I read all the reviews on Aspen and they were not good , I was very Leary but with dentures that broke in half I had no choice , Aspen was there for me I now have a very nice upper denture that fit well and in 3 visits and with in my budget the staff es awesome from the front desk to the lab personal that even repaired my original denture till the new one was ready , I only have good things to say about them , thank you one and all Don J

Had an appointment at 1pm and arrived early. Gave the woman at front desk my insurance and she said "Now i'm gonna have to verify and you need to wait." I waited over half hour and asked if i was going to be seen soon as i need to return to work and she said "I need to check everybody else in first" I then asked for the deposit that i paid back so that I can go elsewhere and she did not care at all just told another employee to help me. Very rude and disrespectful. Would rate a negative if I could.
Woman at the front desk has horrible attitude. Never seen someone have their nose so high in the air and so mean.

Update from my last post. Have made numerous calls to ASPEN CORPORATE in hope to resolve the issue. I was advised that the local office will contact me in a week or two in regards for refund due to being overcharged. It will soon be two months and no contact from Local. Last time I contacted this local office and requested to speak to someone in billing, the rep got extremely upset and argumentative because I mentioned the word FRAUD due to a 8/31/23 claim to my dental insurance for upper and lower partials by ASPEN that I n... read more

I went in person to schedule an appointment upon researching my dental insurance they told me they don't accept welfare benefits insurance I had Medicaid at the time with a verified major health care organization Geisinger Healthcare Aspen Dental told me basically to get lost very rude very bad experience

I went and they said I had 6 cavities. I take good care of my teeth, doubted I had 6 cavities, so I got a second opinion. I had one cavity. So I do t know if they are incompetent or just money hungry. Would not go back.

I had to get my wisdom teeth removed. I was waiting for a call to give me pre op instructions, but instead I ended up calling them the day before and had to ask. They seemed immediately annoyed any time I had a question. I asked common questions such as eating/drinking restriction, smoking, and if I needed to pick up my pain management meds prior to my procedure.
