I went and they said I had 6 cavities. I take good care of my teeth, doubted I had 6 cavities, so I got a second opinion. I had one cavity. So I do t know if they are incompetent or just money hungry. Would not go back.

I had to get my wisdom teeth removed. I was waiting for a call to give me pre op instructions, but instead I ended up calling them the day before and had to ask. They seemed immediately annoyed any time I had a question. I asked common questions such as eating/drinking restriction, smoking, and if I needed to pick up my pain management meds prior to my procedure. I went to Aspen dentist with a severe toothache I thought I was going to die from the pain I am a diabetic I went to see if they can help me with my tooth pain I sat in their office for 2 1/2 hours when they took me to the back I told him I didn't have insurance I asked if I can do a payment plan it was only a couple of days till I got paid they looked at my credit and told me they couldn't help me so they sent me on my way with my severe tooth pain I will never go back to Aspen dentist the front desk secretary was rude and ... read more

The other day I left a 5 star review on Google, but after everything that happened on 10/4/22. I had a whole mouth extraction and was so looking forward to smiling again. After the extractions they placed my dentures in my mouth with gauze and I was told to keep biting down. I was trying so hard to do what I was told and and the uppers you could feel coming through my upper lip on the left side and it was so painful same and the bottoms on the same side! I give this place ZERO stars. Went to my 1st appointment as a new patient and they didn't have me on the calendar. Is made the appointment through their online appointment setter. They're poor at getting back to you. They "don't get your emails". Once i finally got in, I applied for a loan, for the extensive work I need. I was approved but they forgot to submit it & it took so long to get my next appointment, that the approved loan couldn't be submitted. But they could get me another one at TRIPLE the monthly cost. Aspen dental is one of the most unprofessional place that I have ever been to. I ended up calling the police because they wouldn't refund my money. After waiting for an hour and 45 minutes I had enough and wanted my cash back. There was no manager on the property to assist. So the police came and I got my refund right away. The receptionist is incompetent and very rude.DON'T GO THERE!!!!

I would've given no stars, but since I had to choose one, there you have it. I scheduled my daughter for an annual exam and they are the most incompetent and unprofessional practice I've ever experienced. They examined my daughter and told me she needed all types of treatments and then quoted me an amount($308) that was not consistent with my employer insurance or what I had paid in the past. Save yourself a lot of frustration and time and don't ever use Aspen Dental in Mt Pocono. The Dr. there is the worst including his assistant. They have no people skills and are rude. Their main goal is to just get you out of the office. i used the Stroudsburg office several years ago and Dr Gupta was the Dentist there. Very nice and professional. Absolute scam of a dental practice, I had chipped a tooth and came here just to have it inspected and possibly get a temporary crown. They claimed to provide free exams for first visitors but forced me to pay $120 before I could even been seen in an emergency situation. Don't come here, period.
