Called at 6pm as an emergency as it reads they accept emergencies. They closed at 7pm this day. Whoever answered said the dentist was working on a patient and was leaving after that. Kept repeating they close and leave at 7. Again said it's an emergency. Asked if they took emergencies as it's a possible cracked tooth/lots of pain. Said they did but closed at 7 and were leaving then. Asked how they treated emergencies n was told that they schedule them in the morning. I'd give it less than one start if I could. Found them online. Went because of a toothache. They took a full set of X-rays at no cost as I was a new patient. After a half hour in the chair, a very young Dentist in 2 minutes told me I had a deep cavity under a crown, needed a procedure called a crown lengthening, and a new crown. He said I needed to do it quickly or I could lose the tooth. Then left the room. No explanation. OMG talk about pushy. I called to get an appointment for my hubby. He was in extreme pain from a broken tooth. They tried pushing me for an appointment even after I told them I just saw a dentist recently for my anual. Called again to reschedule as hubby had too many drinks to number the pain and can't get out of bed. Pushed me again to make an appointment for myself.... didn't I just go through that?
