Went in for a tooth extraction. First the numbing needles they use aren’t effective. Felt everything they had tricked removing tooth after using different tools and pain. Did another round of numbing shots and left me in room before coming back and trying again. Same thing still felt pain. He finally got tooth out in pieces. It was a deep root So now still in pain gaping hole and blood. No antibiotic just ibuprofen and Tylenol. Never again!

DO NOT GO TO ASPEN DENTAL!!!! I went in for a tooth extraction on July 17th. I told the dentist, he may have issues because of how deep my roots are. He made a joke about it and said he could handle it. As he was removing it, the tooth broke off of the root. He tried 5 different tools to get the root out. He could not get it out....SO HE LEFT THE ROOT IN !!!!! And referred me to an Oral Surgeon. He did not prescribe any pain medicine, or any antibiotics. Was told this place had all kinds of ways to help with payment for one tooth removed without insurance. So I was told to bring nothing but my id and my tooth will be removed. I offered to put my bank account on a promissory letter and half be taking out my account on the day my deposit comes in in which would be paid for in two months.
