DO NOT GO TO ASPEN DENTAL!!!! I went in for a tooth extraction on July 17th. I told the dentist, he may have issues because of how deep my roots are. He made a joke about it and said he could handle it. As he was removing it, the tooth broke off of the root. He tried 5 different tools to get the root out. He could not get it out....SO HE LEFT THE ROOT IN !!!!! And referred me to an Oral Surgeon. He did not prescriber any pain medicine, or any anti biotics. THE WORST! Upon entering we start off by encountering a receptionist with an attitude. Pre-filled paperwork on their website to save time and they made us fill the same information out on a tablet. They gave my wife almost 20 injections of Novocain for a deep cleaning. Her face was numb from her chin up through her forehead! It took over 6 hours for her to feel normal. You should read this before considering Aspen Dental My review will be lengthy so here is a quick introduction to my experience. Staff was friendly and the appointment got scheduled quickly, that's the extent of the good and why I awarded them two stars. The bad includes incompetence, incorrect charts, unprofessionalism, and a Hippa violation. I broke a tooth a few months ago and at the time it wasn't causing me much pain.
