My appointment today got bumped because I did not "verbally" confirm it. I responded to the emailed confirmation process. I received a text message reminder today which did not even request response, much less indicate it was required. I missed a call from them, but they didn't leave a voicemail, so again, no reason to respond. I wanted to voice my extreme displeasure in Aspen Dental at the Nashua NH office located at 274 DANIEL WEBSTER HWY #6. Let me take you through the experience: I set up an appointment online on the Aspen Dental website for 7/2 at 1PM. On the day of the appointment at 8:24am I get a text alert that the office is closing early and I will be contacted to reschedule the appointment. Dentists and techs are good, front office is extremely inefficient. What Aspen dental does to correct their problems is a matter for their management to decide. Personally I am beyond disappointed to the point that if I wasn’t into my process with $10,000 debt I would take my business elsewhere.
Hello Dr. Park My name is Tara Sponsel. I came in to the office at Epping nh. I cracked hairline cracked my front tooth back in August. The dentist that was available actually extracted my tooth instead of keeping it for a crown which was the first intention. Her fault. I am unable to have titanium place in my bone line. Other than taking me in at the last minute, I felt cheated. Part of it was the dental insurance website did not disclose it was a franchise. I thought I was seeing someone named Catherine Murphy. They put in a temporary filling which promptly fell out after 3 days. It was supposed to last for two weeks. I was out of town and had to find an emergency dentist at 4 pm in a Friday afternoon. Had a change in my dental coverage so I was taken in by the commercial for Aspen Dental being affordable. The consultation is free. My daughter and I went in my appointment was for 4pm hers for 5pm. I was taken in at 4 and given full mouth x-rays and a gum exam. The hygienist was extremely nice and knowledgeable. My daughter was taken in shortly after me and given x-rays and an exam. After a couple of appointments for a filling changed for no reasons the staff could explain - the last time being called 10 minutes before my appointment, Icomplained to corporate and got an apology and a pretty quick appointment for my "very small cavity" filling appointment. The appointment was at 6pm. I got numbing shot at 6 with a promise that the dentist would return in 15 minutes. 45 minutes later, doc returned only to have to give me more med for numbing. Worst experience ever. Knew it was a "Factory" practice but was under our insurance. They are there to generate cash and I think they could care less about the clients. Most recent experience was I went in because I thought I had a cap fall off. Ends up that I broke the tooth and there was quite a bit of decay. The tooth would have to come out and I had 3 options leave the hole ($85), Have a bridge put in ($1,189), have an implant ($4,284).
